
Banana Oat Blondie

This is a super easy and simple banana oat blondie, sometimes I add protein powder and chocolate chips in there too as an extra treat
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- dash of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- splash of vanilla extract
Variations
You can also add chocolate-chips, raisins, or a scoop (or 2) of protein powder in there too for some extra protein!
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 220C/425F
- in a blender, blend all the ingredients together (except the mix-ins like optional chocolate-chips or raisins)
Note: if adding in protein powder, add in here too - (optional for mix-ins) when batter is well blended, add in your favorite mix-ins
- in a deep baking tray, line it with parchment paper, then pour in the batter
- bake for 10 minutes at 220C/425F, and then another 15 minutes at 180C/375F
